Supplement your clinical knowledge with leadership skills that can benefit your nursing and/or preceptor role. Learn about differences between managers and leaders. Consider how preceptors are change leaders. Read about aspects of leadership that can help equip you to be not only a great nurse and a great preceptor but also a great leader in general.
