This course is part of a series that prepares nurses for the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN®) exam. Describing the rehab team's function and care transitions is essential for the rehabilitation registered nurse. The nurse must understand the various functions of the rehabilitation team members and be able to advocate for the inclusion of the appropriate team members. Additionally, applying applicable theories, goal setting, and functional measures in patient care is crucial to success. In this course, you will learn about various types of rehabilitation nurses, applying different theories, and providing patient-centered care. A rehabilitation registered nurse must understand these essential principles for the successful rehabilitation of a patient.
