The goal of this presentation is to discuss a well-rounded view of dementia from symptoms to caregiver support. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe dementia and types of dementia
  • Identify risk factors, treatment options, and interventions for dementia
  • Explain important concepts in care management, power of attorney, and guardianship situations
  • Identify possible impacts of dementia on interpersonal relationships
