Goals and Learning Outcomes
Improving patient experience, promoting positive clinical outcomes, and increasing safety are critical goals in any healthcare organization. There continues to be a national push for quality by implementing strategies that promote a culture of safety, monitoring nursing benchmarks, and optimizing financial revenue. This course aims to educate nurses in the hospital setting on the importance of quality metrics, the types of agencies, and the financial incentives of providing quality care.
