Computers and mobile devices have become a daily part of life for children and adolescents. The internet is an expedient mode of communication and provides access to a wealth of information, but it can also be detrimental to the well-being of children because of numerous online hazards. The goal of this course is to provide nurses who work with children, adolescents, and their families in various settings with information about how to support children’s safety on the internet.

- List at least three online resources that can provide assistance for parents and children
